Open Question: how can i relieve my depression?

i am 38 year old man. i am single,never married and never has any relationship with any girl.I feel too much depressed that till this age i haven't had sex with any girl. I am really tired of masturbating and watching porn movies. I am now too much desperate for sex. Any idea for this problem. I don't have idea to apporach girl and i am not so attractive and smart too. But i want to enjoy my life.
