It will soon be difficult to find sex toys and vibrators in America, at least in the state of Alabama.
A federal appeals court just said that the state's ban on sex toys is constitutional, meaning that it won't be possible to sell sex toys in the Alabama state any more.
But the adult items won't disappear immediately, because the state attorney general's office has agreed not to enforce the law pending further appeals.
